Arcade Snacks does not ship in climate-controlled packaging and will not issue credits, returns or exchanges for product that has arrived melted or damaged due to heat exposure during shipping. You may elect to accept responsibility to ship chocolate and yogurt by checking off the terms and conditions box at checkout.
Every order is different. It is possible your particular order will be just fine with standard shipping. If you decide to accept responsibility, ask yourself; How important is it that your candy arrives in perfect condition? Do you need the chocolate to look pretty for a party, gift, or resale? Or do you figure it’s all just going to end up in your stomach anyway, so who cares? If you are less concerned about everything being perfect you can always risk it!
Tips: Please arrange delivery to an air-conditioned location (i.e. your office) or arrange for someone to be available to retrieve the package which can quickly be brought indoors. Otherwise, the shipping carrier will leave packages outdoors. If the box feels warm, open immediately to expose your sweets to cooler indoor air. If chocolate has softened at all, give it a chance to firm up again before handling further.

MAIL ORDER INFORMATION: Most orders placed through our website are shipped within 48 hours. Special orders, gift tins, and party platters may require up to 7 days. Orders placed through our website will be shipped UPS, or available for Customer Pick Up at our facility at 205 Southbridge Street, Auburn, MA. We have a 7-day return policy on all of our products. Retail & Web Return Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at Arcade Snacks.
We want you to be pleased with everything you buy at our store. We have a 7-day return policy on all of our products with the exception of custom gifts*. If you find that anything is not satisfactory, please contact us immediately. In order to return, the item must be unopened and in its original package. Proof of purchase will be required. Items that do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. Refunds to credit cards can take 7-10 days to show on your statement.
We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Any order sent to a customer that is refused or is undeliverable will be charged the full shipping costs, including return shipping charges to Arcade Snacks. Undeliverable packages are treated similar to orders for which an incorrect address has been provided by the customer or orders where the carrier has made three attempts to deliver and no one is available to accept the package.
Packages returned to us are subject to freight charges. If you have given us an incorrect address at the time of ordering, we will reship the order at your expense. If you don’t want the order re-shipped, you will be charged only the return shipping charges to Arcade Snacks.

*We make Custom Gifts with the highest quality products. We inspect every item for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or someone special. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return.
